Here at Moderna we are able to offer a range of high specification facilities. The Continuum building boasts meeting, training and boardroom spaces. Our spaces are equipped to a high standard including free wi-fi access, conference telephones, executive meeting chairs, flipcharts, air conditioning and free UK phone calls. We offer complimentary tea and coffee along with free parking for attendees. Hot or cold buffet lunches can also be provided. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and pricing.

Meeting Room Hire
We are able to offer high specification, low cost meeting rooms for full-day or half-day meetings. We are easily accessible by car and rail via Leeds, Bradford and Manchester routes. The meeting room is fully equipped with modern, executive office furniture and is fitted with high specification equipment, including conference telephones and large format LCD display.
This particular meeting room is our smaller spaced option. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is fully equipped ready for use. This space would be beneficial for smaller meetings between clients or fellow colleagues.

Training Room Hire
Holding your training courses & events with Moderna Business Park ensures you a cost effective, fully equipped corporate training facility at an incredibly low delegate day rate. We offer the convenience of easy training room booking, all-inclusive training facilities and a simple all-inclusive training room price.
Our training room will comfortably accommodate up to 20 people in classroom style, with office chairs & modular conference tables. For more informal training sessions, such as small training groups around individual tables, or horseshoe layout (ideal for larger training sessions & classroom events), then this training room will accommodate up to 40 meeting attendees. The room comes fully equipped with an interactive whiteboard and conference phone facilities.

Boardroom Hire
Our high specification Boardroom is available for full-day or half-day corporate meetings. It comes fully equipped with high specification equipment including conference telephone, internet access and large format LCD display.
The boardroom is ideally suited to corporate meetings of up to 13 people. However, we are able to accommodate larger numbers if required, without compromising on the quality of the service and facilities provided. Our clients appreciate the flexibility & comfort that our boardroom offers, and with the added benefit of catering and ‘breakout areas’, the comfort of all meeting attendees and delegates is guaranteed.
