Our training rooms are fully equipped with modern, executive office furniture and come equipped with high specification equipment, including conference telephones, interactive whiteboards & flipcharts.
Training room availability
The Halifax Training Rooms are available for rent at the following times:
•9.00am – 1.00pm (half day training course)
•1.00pm – 5.00pm (half day training course)
•9.00am – 5.00pm (full day training course)
Our training facilities can be booked outside of these times, including evening and weekend training events. To hold training events or courses outside of the standard training room booking times, please contact us on 08707 800 888, and we’d be delighted to discuss your requirements.
Training Rooms – Layout & Capacity
Instant Availability can offer flexible training room options, and these training facilities can be configured to suit any size of training session.
Training Room 1 – Our larger training room will comfortably accommodate up to 30 people in classroom style, with office chairs & modular conference tables. For more informal training sessions, such as small training groups around individual tables, or ‘theatre style’/ horseshoe layout (ideal for larger training sessions & classroom events), then our larger training room will accommodate up to 40 meeting attendees. This training room comes fully equiped with an interactive whiteboard and conference phone facilities.
Training Room 2 – this meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people, with high specification office furniture & meeting equipment.
Our clients appreciate the flexibilty that our training rooms offer, both in terms of layout, capacity & facilities, and with the added benefit of catering and ‘breakout areas’, the comfort of all attendees & training delegates is guaranteed.
