Instant Availability, based at Moderna Business Park (Calderdale), provide high specification, low cost meeting rooms to rent in West Yorkshire, for half-day or full-day meetings. We offer free parking for all meeting attendees, and are easily accessible by car (we are located in Mytholmroyd, near Halifax & Hebden Bridge), in addition to having direct rail routes from Leeds, Manchester and Bradford.

Holding your next business meeting at Moderna will get your meeting off to a great start – with our room booking service, our all-inclusive meeting room facilities & simple, affordable venue pricing means you can focus on holding a successful meeting, while Instant Availability can cater for all of your meeting room requirements.

Our meeting rooms are fully equipped with modern, executive office furniture and come equipped with high specification equipment, including conference telephones, interactive whiteboards & flipcharts.

Meeting rooms availability

Instant Availability Meeting Rooms at Moderna are available to book at the following times:

•9.00am – 1.00pm (half day meeting)
•1.00pm – 5.00pm (half day meeting)
•9.00am – 5.00pm (full day meeting)

Our meeting rooms and training facilities can be booked outside of these times, with availability for holding evening meetings, seminars and training events – we are also able to offer room hire on weekends. A number of our current clients, for example, hold business networking meetings on an evening, due to day-time commitments or availability of the people attending.

We really can be flexible to meet your requirements, so if you are considering holding a business meeting outside of these standard opening times, please contact us so we can accomodate your requirements.

Meeting Rooms – Layout & Capacity

Instant Availability have a number of flexible meeting room options available to rent, and these rooms can be configured to suit any size of meeting or training group.

Meeting Room 1 – Our larger meeting room will comfortably accommodate up to 30 people, with leather office chairs & modular conference tables. For more informal business meetings, such as small focus groups around individual tables, or ‘theatre style’/ horseshoe layout (ideal for business presentations and conferences), then our larger meeting room will accommodate up to 40 meeting attendees. This room comes fully equiped with an interactive whiteboard and conference phone facilities.

Meeting Room 2 – this meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people, with high specification office furniture & meeting equipment.

Meeting Room 3 – Our smaller meeting rooms can accommodate up to 8 people, and again, come fully equipped and ready for use.

Our clients appreciate the flexibilty that our meeting rooms offer, both in terms of layout, capacity & facilities, and with the added benefit of catering and ‘breakout areas’, the comfort of all meeting attendees and day delegates is guaranteed.

Instant Availability offer extremely competitive meeting room prices;

  • From £20 / delegate per day.
  • From £25 / delegate per day with buffet lunch.
  • From £15 / delegate per half day.
  • Video Conferencing from £50 / per session.
  • Room rates from as little as £100 / day.

We offer complimentary tea/coffee and water (Self serve), along with free parking for meeting attendees. Hot or cold buffet lunches can be provided for your business meeting – just let us know at the time of booking.
