Conference Venue availability
Instant Availability conference facilities, based at Moderna Business Park, are available for corporate event bookings at the following times:
•9.00am – 1.00pm (half day conference – morning)
•1.00pm – 5.00pm (half day conference – afternoon)
•9.00am – 5.00pm (full day conference events)
Our conference rooms and training facilities can be booked outside of these times, with availability for holding business events, networking seminars and corporate training events on an evening. Instant Availability are also able to offer room and facility hire on weekends. A number of our corporate clients already hold business networking meetings on an evening, due to scheduling commitments and availability of the business people attending the events.
We are flexible with arrangements and conference timings, in order to meet event organiser and delegate requirements, so if you’re considering holding an event outside of these standard opening times, please contact us – we’ll be deloighted to accomodate your event requirements.
