Instant Availability – Boardroom

Instant Availability, based at Moderna Business Park (West Yorkshire), have a high specification, low cost boardroom available to rent, for half-day or full-day corporate meetings. Not only do you get the flexibility of having additional meeting space when you require, Instant Availability can also offer free parking at our purpose built venue, for all meeting attendees. Our meeting venue is easily accessible by car (we are located in Mytholmroyd, near Halifax & the M62 Motorway Network), in addition to having a direct rail route from Leeds, Manchester and Bradford.

Holding your next corporate meeting at Moderna will give your business meeting a real edge – our all-inclusive boardroom facilities & simple, affordable boardroom pricing allows you to concentrate on holding a successful meeting, while Instant Availability cater for your boardroom requirements.

Our boardroom comes fully equipped with modern, executive office furniture and additional high specification equipment, including conference telephone, internet access, large wall-mounted LCDTV and video conferencing capability.

Boardroom availability

The Boardroom at Instant Availability Meeting is available to book at the following times:

•9.00am – 1.00pm (half day meeting)
•1.00pm – 5.00pm (half day meeting)
•9.00am – 5.00pm (full day meeting)

Our boardroom can be booked outside of these times, with availability for holding evening meetings and corporate events – we are also able to offer boardroom hire on weekends. A number of our current clients, for example, hold business networking meetings on an evening, due to day-time commitments or availability of the people attending.

Boardroom – Layout & Capacity

The Instant Availability boardroom is ideally suited to corporate meetings of up to 16 people. However, we are able to accomodate larger numbers if required, without compromising on the quality of the service and facilities provided.
